1. Lifechart is a template design into which customers’ individual wording and photographs can be placed. Every Lifechart is an individual design but, by following the template, it speeds up the design process enabling us to offer Lifecharts at the prices quoted. Should you wish to deviate from the Lifechart template and want us to create a more bespoke chart, please contact us for a quotation.

2. All files are kept by Lifechart Limited for future repeat use by the commissioning customer only. Please note that, whilst the right to print belongs to the customer, the copyright of each chart belongs to Lifechart Limited. The image may therefore not be copied or reproduced in whole or in part by any means (including scanning or photocopying) without our express written permission.

3. Our payment terms require full payment with order.

4. Any infringements of copyright on photographs supplied to us by a customer is the responsibility of that customer. By ordering a Lifechart you confirm that you have the right to reproduce all the photography you supply to us.

5. Whilst every attempt is made by us to ensure the safe return of customers’ photographs and documents sent to us for scanning, we accept no responsibility in the case of their loss. We recommend that valuable items be copied by the customer before sending and, if necessary, sent by recorded delivery.

6. We allow for up to three separate proofing stages in the cost of a Lifechart and are happy to make changes to proofs as a normal part of the design process. We reserve the right to make an additional charge though for “authors’ changes” in the event of significant extra studio work being caused by the customer changing the brief or changing their mind over content, or if more than three proofing stages are required.

7. The final chart will differ slightly in colour and colour saturation from the proofs seen and signed off by the customer since the final printing process and paper used are different. The customer should be aware and accept that there will be some degree of variance.

8. Postage and packing costs quoted are for UK mainland only. Overseas rates will be provided on request.

9. Returns Policy: We take care to ensure framed prints are well protected but, in the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform us immediately. Dispose of the damaged frame and return only the Lifechart print to us (we’ll refund the postage) and we will reprint, frame and send you a replacement.

10. Prices quoted to all non-business customers include VAT at the prevailing rate. VAT will be deducted from the quoted price for Lifecharts sent to customers outside the European Community. Payment of any duty due in non-EC countries is the responsibility of the customer.
