Returns Policy

If for any reason you should be dissatisfied with a product or it should arrive damaged in any way, you must phone or email us within two weeks of purchase to register this. We will then refund it in full and arrange with you the best way to return it to us. This does not apply to a personalised product such as a Fishcase print with own catch details where a refund can only be granted if damaged in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
